The deal between you and HEVAH, in plain English. Using HEVAH means you agree to it.
Effective October 12, 2026. HEVAH is operated by Kage Solutions LLC, an Arizona company ("we"). Our Privacy page is part of these terms.
The short version. HEVAH is an AI companion for adults. She is not a person, a therapist or an emergency service, and she can be wrong. What you tell her is yours. You pay monthly, you can cancel any time, and you can erase everything any time. Be decent to the service and we will be straight with you.
HEVAH is a text-based AI companion: a steady presence that remembers what you tell her, within the limits described on our Privacy page. She is software. The app says so when you open it, and nothing in these terms or in her words should be read as a claim that she is human.
She is not a medical, mental-health, legal or financial professional, and nothing she says is professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. She can think a problem through with you; she cannot stand in for a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant or a counselor. Like every AI, she can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
If you are in danger, do not rely on HEVAH. Call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. For a crisis, call or text 988 (US). HEVAH will point you to 988 if a conversation turns that way, and will stay with you, but she is not a crisis line.
You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you enter with your key. A key is personal: it works once, opens your seat only, and must not be shared, sold or given away. If you think someone else has used your seat, erase it from the menu and ask for a fresh key.
Use HEVAH for yourself, lawfully. Do not try to break into the service, reach anyone else's seat, flood it with automated traffic, or use it to harm, harass or defraud anyone. Do not use her to generate content that is illegal where you live. We may pause or close a seat that is used this way, after telling you why unless the law prevents it.
What you write is yours, and what she remembers about you exists only to serve you. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your messages and her memory of you, to send them to the AI providers named on the Privacy page so she can reply, and to show them back to you. We do not claim ownership of your words and we do not use them to train anything. You can download all of it or erase all of it at any time from the menu.
HEVAH herself, her name, her look, the software and the way she speaks belong to us. You may not copy, resell or rebrand the service.
We work to keep HEVAH up every hour of every day, and we do not promise it. Providers fail, networks drop, software has bugs. When something fails mid-conversation, the app keeps the message you typed and tells you, instead of pretending. We may add, change or retire features; if a change takes something away that you pay for, we will tell you before it happens.
You can leave at any moment: cancel the subscription, and erase your seat from the menu whenever you want, before or after. We can close a seat for breaking section 3. If we ever shut HEVAH down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and keep the export working through that time, so nothing of yours is lost.
HEVAH is provided as she is and as she is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about her accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation, and our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own fraud or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong between us, write to us first; most things can be settled by two people talking. If that fails, disputes belong in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and we each agree to that venue.
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use HEVAH after that date means you accept the new terms.
